Pimm's Imperial

  • 2 thin slices strawberry

  • 2 thin slices apple

  • 2 thin slices cucumber

  • Ice

  • 1 mint sprig

  • 1 ounce Simple Syrup

  • 2 ounces chilled Champagne

  • 2 ounces fresh lemon juice

  • 1 1/2 ounces Pimm's No. 1 Cup


  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Pimm's, lemon juice and Simple Syrup and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled white wine glass and top with the Champagne. Garnish with the cucumber, apple and strawberry slices and the mint sprig.
