This hearty pasta dish will quickly become your new favorite lunch meal.
This dish was a huge disappointment. No flavor other than pepper and thyme. It needed more complexity and would have been more flavorful if the cheese were spread over all - in pan and combined before serving. Very dull in color and imagination. We added some red bell pepper to sauce mixture for color, and garlic! Topped with chopped parsley. Still very bland considering the possibilities.
