The Osteria Outing

  • 2 ounces vodka

  • 1 ounce Moscatel or other sweet sherry

  • 3/4 ounce Amaro Nonino

  • Dash of Angostura bitters

  • Ice

  • 1 grapefruit twist, for garnish


  1. In a mixing glass, combine the vodka, sherry, amaro and bitters. Fill the glass with ice, stir well and strain into a chilled coupe. Pinch the twist over the drink and add to the coupe.
