After reading other reviews I sliced 3 peaches and tossed them in about 1/3 cup sugar and added half the sliced peaches before the second layer of cream. Still not great.

Read MoreThis was an unusual cheesecake. For ease of prep, I give it an 8. But for flavor, I only give it a 4. I would 1/2 the amount of salt, increase the sweetener, and add a tsp. of vanilla for flavor. I would also recommend serving it partially frozen, because once you cut the first slice, the rest of it oozes out. I wouldn't make it again.

Read MoreTired this recipe .. filling was fine but the crust fell apart after springing it from the pan .. after 4 hours in the freezer. If you want a great cheesecake, follow the recipe for Juniors cheesecake. Will take you 2 days and a lot of work, but definitely worth it.
