Review Body: I had leftover scallions and mushrooms and found this recipe using google. I can’t believe I’m the first to review. It is very very tasty and so light. Not a heavy sauce like a lot of Asian recipes. I added extra pepper flakes because I like it spicy. The mushrooms add just enough meatiness that I ate this as my dinner. I’m not vegetarian and I didn’t think a vegetarian dish could be so satisfying. Love it!
