Miller's Crossing

Ingredients

  • 2 thin cucumber slices

  • 1 mint leaf

  • 1 1/2 ounces London dry gin

  • 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice

  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup

  • Crushed ice

Directions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle 1 of the cucumber slices with the mint leaf. Add the gin, lime juice and Simple Syrup and shake without ice. Fine strain into a chilled crushed-ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with the remaining cucumber slice.
