How to Make It


Preheat the oven to 500°. Arrange the focaccia on a large baking sheet and spread each slice with 1 tablespoon of the ajvar. Scatter the feta on top. Bake in the upper third of the oven for about 7 minutes, until the focaccia is crisp and the cheese is soft. Sprinkle the dill over the cheese and close the sandwiches. Cut in half and serve.
