Ingredients: Ice; 1 1/2 ounces mead; 1 ounce applejack; 1 ounce Drambuie (honeyed Scotch-based liqueur); 1/2 ounce Honey Syrup; 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice; Dash of Angostura bitters

Yield:

1 drink

Ingredients

Ice
1 1/2 ounces mead
1 ounce applejack
1 ounce Drambuie (honeyed Scotch-based liqueur)
1/2 ounce Honey Syrup
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
Dash of Angostura bitters

Directions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients and shake well. Strain the drink into a chilled white wine glass.
