Marmalade Sour

  • 2 ounces cachaça (potent Brazilian sugarcane spirit)

  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice

  • 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup

  • 2 dashes of orange bitters

  • 1 large egg white

  • 1 tablespoon citrus marmalade

  • Ice


  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except the ice. Shake well. Add ice; shake again. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
