Margarita

Ingredients

  • 1 lime wedge and kosher salt

  • Ice

  • 2 ounces blanco tequila

  • 1/2 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec

  • 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice

Directions

  1. Moisten half of the outer rim of a chilled coupe with the lime wedge and coat lightly with salt. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the tequila, Cointreau and lime juice and shake well. Strain the drink into the prepared glass.
