Broccoli is one of F&W readers’ go-to ingredients. This no-fuss salad would be a great side dish with pork chops or fried chicken.

1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Freshly ground black pepper
1 pound raw broccoli, chopped
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
How to Make It
In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, maple syrup, vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Stir in the broccoli and onion, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Crumble the bacon over the salad and serve.
