Mango-Black Pepper Dressing

make about 3/4 cup


  • cup olive oil

  • 2 ½ tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • 2 teaspoons cracked black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • ½ teaspoon sugar

  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper

  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh mango


  1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, vinegar, black pepper, salt, sugar and red pepper; whisk to blend. Add the mango and whisk again.

Serve With

Spicy greens like mizuna.
