  • 2 canned lychees, drained

  • 1/2 ounce Lemongrass Syrup

  • Ice

  • 2 ounces gin

  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice

  • 1 ounce chilled club soda

  • 1 fresh lemongrass stalk

  • 1 lime wheel


  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lychees with the Lemongrass Syrup. Add ice and the gin and lime juice. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Stir in the club soda and garnish with the lemongrass stalk and lime wheel.
