  • 1 1/2 ounces white whiskey, preferably corn

  • 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth, preferably Punt e Mes

  • 1/2 ounce Cardamaro (spiced, bittersweet herbal digestif)

  • 1/4 ounce amontillado sherry, preferably Lustau

  • Dash of orange bitters

  • Ice

  • 1 orange twist


  1. In a mixing glass, combine all of the ingredients except ice and the orange twist; fill with ice and stir well. Strain into a chilled coupe. Pinch the twist over the drink and discard.
