Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon single-malt Scotch, preferably Islay

  • Ice

  • 1 2/3 ounces Cognac

  • 2/3 ounce Simple Syrup

  • 2/3 ounce pure maple syrup

  • 1/2 ounce fresh orange juice

  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice

  • Dash of Angostura bitters

Directions

  1. Rinse a chilled coupe with the Scotch. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients and shake well. Strain into the prepared coupe.
