Indian Summer

"I love the aroma of cardamom," says Jacques Bezuidenhout, "and it works well with the spice in tequila." Classic Cocktails

  • 3 cardamom pods

  • Ice

  • 1 1/2 ounces blanco tequila

  • 3/4 ounce Pimm's No. 1

  • 1 ounce unsweetened pineapple juice

  • 1/4 ounce fresh lime juice

  • 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup

  • 1 lime twist, for garnish


  1. In a cocktail shaker, lightly muddle the cardamom. Add ice and all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and shake well. Double strain into a chilled coupe; garnish with the twist.
