Ice Wine-Lime Froth

  • 1 large egg white

  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice

  • 1/2 ounce ice wine

  • 1/4 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec

  • Ice cubes


  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine egg white, lime juice, ice wine, and Cointreau and shake for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake for 10 more seconds. Scoop out the froth, discarding the ice cubes, and use immediately.
