Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ pound imported bittersweet chocolate

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, bring the cream to a simmer over moderate heat. Add the chocolate, turn off the heat and cover. Let stand for 10 minutes, then whisk to blend. Rewarm just before serving.
