Ingredients

  • 1 cup crème fraîche or sour cream

  • 1/4 cup freshly grated horseradish root or drained prepared horseradish

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the crème fraîche, horseradish and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
