I’ve made this recipe several times and agree with the review that suggests halving the ingredients, except the shrimp. Way too much waste otherwise. I make the full honey glaze though because it’s just so delicious. Really great coconut shrimp recipe!
Easy recipe turned out perfectly. Comparable to something I would get at a quality restaurant. I would halve all the ingredients except for the shrimp unless you want a lot of waste. Consider serving the honey sauce on the side. I loved it my son thought it made the shrimp too sweet.
spent alot of time making this, the batter is like a cake and will not stick to the shrimp, I should have known better than to mix one cup of flour to one cup of water???? proportions are incorrect. The aioli was good
