The recipe looks fine, but, incomplete... 👀 When do the thinly sliced apples get added to the Sauerkraut? That instructions don't seem to be included for that step... 🤔
I made a similar recipe and alternated the apple sliced with tamped down Sauerkraut. I'll see what I get in 3 weeks or so... 😏
how does this take 1 hr active and 5 hrs inactive but in the recipe it takes 6 weeks?
