Classic Cocktails By John Deragon Updated on March 29, 2015 Print Rate It Share Share Tweet Pin Email Yield: 1 drink Ingredients 3/4 ounce sweet vermouth Ice 1 1/2 ounces apple brandy, preferably bonded 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice 1/2 ounce Bénédictine (brandy-based herbal liqueur) 1/2 ounce Cherry Heering or other cherry liqueur 1 1/2 ounces chilled ginger beer 1 brandied cherry 1/4 orange wheel Directions Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the ginger beer, cherry and orange wheel and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass. Stir in the ginger beer.
