4 thin slices of cucumber
Ice
1 1/2 ounces dry sake
1 1/2 teaspoons Simple Syrup

Directions

Step 1

In a cocktail shaker, muddle 3 of the cucumber slices. Fill with ice, add the sake and Simple Syrup and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the remaining cucumber slice.
