Ginger Syrup

Use this infused syrup to make the Coffee-Ginger Shakerato mocktail. More Ginger Recipes

Makes 3/4 cup


  • 1 ounce fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 cup sugar


  1. In a small saucepan, combine all of the ingredients and simmer until the sugar has dissolved. Cover and steep for 20 minutes. Strain the syrup into a jar and let cool. Use right away or refrigerate for up to 1 month.
