More Nonalcoholic Drinks By Food & Wine Editors Updated on May 30, 2017 Print Rate It Share Share Tweet Pin Email Yield: 1 drink Ingredients 1 lemon wedge Sugar Ice 6 mint leaves, plus 1 mint sprig for garnish 1 1/2 ounces Ginger Syrup 1 1/2 ounces water 1 1/2 ounces fresh lemon juice Directions Moisten the outer rim of a highball glass with the lemon wedge and coat lightly with sugar, then fill the glass with ice. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with the Ginger Syrup. Add ice, the water and the lemon juice and shake well. Strain into the highball glass and garnish with the mint sprig. Rate it Print
