Moisten half of the outer rim of a martini glass with 1 of the lemon wedges and coat lightly with sugar. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the remaining 2 lemon wedges with the bitters. Add ice and all of the remaining ingredients except the twist. Shake well and strain into the prepared martini glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.
