Ingredients

  • 1 large egg white

  • 1 1/2 ounces gin

  • 1 1/2 ounces Lillet blanc

  • 3/4 ounce Velvet Falernum (clove-spiced liqueur)

  • 2 dashes of orange bitters, preferably Regan's

  • Ice

  • Pinch of ground cardamom

Directions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except the ice and cardamom and shake for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake for 10 more seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe and sprinkle with the cardamom.
