More Gin Cocktails By Jeff Grdinich Updated on March 28, 2015 Print Rate It Share Share Tweet Pin Email Yield: 1 drink Ingredients 1 large egg white 1 1/2 ounces gin 1 1/2 ounces Lillet blanc 3/4 ounce Velvet Falernum (clove-spiced liqueur) 2 dashes of orange bitters, preferably Regan's Ice Pinch of ground cardamom Directions In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except the ice and cardamom and shake for 10 seconds.
