Genever Blush

  • Ice

  • 2/3 ounce genever

  • 2/3 ounce Lillet blanc

  • 2/3 ounce Campari

  • 1/2 passion fruit, or 1/2 ounce passion fruit nectar or juice

  • 1/3 ounce gomme syrup (simple syrup with gum arabic) or Simple Syrup

  • 6 to 8 passion fruit seeds, for garnish (optional)


  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and shake well. Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the passion fruit seeds.
