Mild and soothing dish. We really liked it — ate it all. I didn’t have enough spinach so I added a thinly sliced stalk of celery. We used a new pasta product, “veggie pasta” found in a blue box. Pasta made with 25% veggie purée. It worked well with the dish. We also sprinkled shredded Parmesan cheese. I would make it again. Next time I will try the Chardonnay suggestion. Yum.
