Fresh Mint Syrup

Use this syrup to make Eli's Refresher More Nonalcoholic Drinks

4 ounces of syrup


  • 1/4 cup packed mint sprigs, bruised

  • 1/2 cup very hot water

  • 1 heaping teaspoon sugar


  1. Steep the bruised mint sprigs in the hot water for 10 minutes. Add the sugar and muddle well. Strain and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
