French Peruvian

Here Romée de Goriainoff puts a French spin on a pisco sour by adding CognacClassic Cocktail Recipes

1 drink


  • Ice

  • 2/3 ounce Cognac

  • 2/3 ounce pisco

  • 1/3 ounce fresh lime juice

  • 1/3 ounce fresh lemon juice

  • 1/3 ounce Simple Syrup

  • Dash of beaten egg white (optional)

  • Dash of Angostura bitters, for garnish


  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and shake well. Strain into a chilled flute and garnish with the bitters.
