Webber Yield: 1 drink Ingredients Ice 1 1/2 ounces white rum 1/2 ounce gin 1/2 ounce brandy 2 ounces fresh orange juice 1 ounce fresh lemon juice 1/2 ounce orgeat (almond-flavored syrup) 1/2 ounce Amontillado sherry 1 mint sprig Directions Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the white rum, gin, brandy, orange and lemon juices and orgeat and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and float the Amontillado sherry on top. Garnish with the mint sprig.
