  • 3 ounces chilled prosecco

  • Ice

  • 2 drops of grenadine

  • 1 ounce grappa

  • 1/2 ounce dry vermouth

  • 1 strawberry


  1. In a cocktail shaker, lightly muddle the strawberry. Add the grappa, dry vermouth, grenadine and ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled flute and top with the prosecco.
