  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fennel seeds, crushed

  • 4 ounces Simple Syrup

Directions

  1. In a bowl, cover the crushed fennel seeds with the Simple Syrup and let steep for 2 hours. Strain and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
