  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the rum, pineapple juice, Pernod and Angostura bitters and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass and stir in the chilled ginger ale. Garnish with the pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry and cocktail umbrella.
