  • In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil. Add the pork, ginger and garlic and stir-fry over moderately high heat until the pork is browned, about 2 minutes. Stir in the snap peas and shelled peas and stir-fry until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in the lime juice and basil and season with salt and pepper.
