This stir-fry from F&W’s Kay Chun stars an abundance of snow peas and green peas, with vibrant ginger and lime to flavor the dish.

2 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 pound ground pork
2 tablespoons finely chopped peeled fresh ginger
2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
1/2 pound snap peas
1/2 pound fresh shelled or thawed frozen peas
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 cup chopped basil
How to Make It
In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil. Add the pork, ginger and garlic and stir-fry over moderately high heat until the pork is browned, about 2 minutes. Stir in the snap peas and shelled peas and stir-fry until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in the lime juice and basil and season with salt and pepper.
