Ingredients: 1 kiwano; 2 kiwis, peeled and coarsely chopped; 4 ounces vodka; 2 ounces Cointreau; 2 cups crushed ice

Yield:

2 12-ounce drinks

Ingredients

1 kiwano
2 kiwis, peeled and coarsely chopped
4 ounces vodka
2 ounces Cointreau
2 cups crushed ice

Directions

Cut 2 thin slices from the center of the kiwano; reserve for garnish. Scoop out the seeds from the kiwano halves and place them in a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and whir on high speed until smooth. Pour the drink into 2 highball glasses. Garnish with a slice of kiwano.
