Death at the Savoy

Ingredients

  • 1/4 ounce absinthe

  • Ice

  • 3/4 ounce London dry gin

  • 3/4 ounce triple sec

  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice

  • 1 ounce chilled sparkling wine

  • 1 lemon twist, for garnish

Directions

  1. Rinse a chilled coupe with the absinthe and pour out the excess. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, triple sec and lemon juice and shake well. Strain into the prepared glass, top with the wine and garnish with the twist.
