By Food & Wine Updated on August 31, 2022 Print Rate It Share Share Tweet Pin Email Photo: © Frances Janisch Yield: 1 serving Ingredients Cucumber Water 1/2 medium seedless cucumber Cosmopolitan Ice 2 ounces gin 1 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec 1 ounce white cranberry juice 1/2 ounce Cucumber Water 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice 1 cucumber spear Directions Make the Cucumber Water Set a cheesecloth-lined strainer over a bowl. Grate the cucumber into the strainer, then twist and squeeze the cheesecloth to extract as much of the liquid as possible. Transfer to a container, cover, and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Make the Cosmopolitan Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the cucumber spear and shake well.
