Next time you have 10 hours to cook a pork roast, this one is all you could ask for! I did it with my family for New Recipe Night and it was fantastic. Paired it with F&W's Radish and Avocado salad, Bon Appetite's Creamy Chive Potatoes, and Spruce Eats Liquid Bourbon Ball cocktail. Wow!!! The skin was so crisp and the meat tender and flavorful. The only thing we modified was to add some water to the pan when adding the fennel and onion because the roast had not released much drippings. Slip it in the oven early and spend the day with family!!
