3 ounces vodka
2 ounces cream of coconut from a well-shaken can
1 mint leaf
How to Make It
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka and cream of coconut and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the mint leaf.
