Honestly, the sauce was good but not very good. 2.5 stars is more accurate. Using only curry powder, garlic and onions seemed suspiciously weak in aromatics to me but I wanted to try it. I was right. A real curry has to put a good handful of aromatics (fresh ginger and coriander seed being 2 absolute musts) into the hot oil party in the pan before it can build up.Read More
