Chicago-Style Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion

  • 1 Persian cucumber, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

  • 1/2 cup quartered cherry tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced peperoncini

  • 1/2 cup celery leaves

  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish

  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Directions

  1. In a bowl, toss all of the ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Toss again and serve.
