Cheesy Burgers with Soy-Spiked Ketchup
“I love meat loaf, but I hate that it’s cooked all the way through,” says Jamie Bissonnette. For these burgers, served medium-rare, he mixes beef with ingredients you might use for meat loaf, like pickles.
