By Chad Solomon Updated on November 6, 2022 Print Rate It Share Share Tweet Pin Email Yield: 1 drink Ingredients Chai-Infused Cognac 8 ounces cognac 2 chai tea bags Chai Almond Deluxe 1/2 ounce Honey Syrup 1 1/2 ounces vanilla almond milk 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1 large egg white Ice Directions Make the cognac In a jar, combine the Cognac with the tea bags. Let stand for 2 hours. Strain into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week. Make the cocktail In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 ounces of the Chai-Infused Cognac (reserve the rest for another use) and all of the ingredients except the ice and shake for 10 seconds.
