For this citrusy cocktail, Greg Buttera and Stephen Cole use MBR Black Dog Kentucky corn whiskey, a clear unaged white whiskey. Some of the corn that goes into Black Dog is "dark-fired" in a tobacco barn, making the whiskey smokier than other white varieties. Slideshows: Whiskey Cocktails

How to Make It


In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except ice and the garnish. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with the mint sprig.
