Webber Yield: 8 drinks Ingredients 12 ounces blended Scotch 4 ounces dry white wine, such as Sauvignon Blanc 4 ounces fresh lemon juice 4 ounces Simple Syrup Ice 8 ounces chilled ginger beer or ginger ale Angostura bitters, for garnish Directions In a large resealable container, combine the first four ingredients; refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
