Justin makes his lattice with 6 bacon halves (so 3 slices of bacon per lattice).
4 sandwiches x 3 pieces per sandwich would require the 12 pieces in the recipe.
Dear MJK, I thought the same thing, not enough bacon lattice for 4 sandwiches. I re-read the ingredients. It says to cut the 12 strips of bacon in half, so you will end up with 24 pieces. That's enough for 4 lattice
If this BLT calls for 12 slices of bacon, 8 slices of bread, I assume it is for 4 sandwiches, but it says to make 2 lattices of 6 slices each and that would make only enough for 2 sandwiches. Is something wrong here or am I reading it wrong?
