Caffè Salvatore

Averna—the famous citrusy amaro from Sicily created by Salvatore Averna—gives this drink a bit of the bitterness of coffee. Horchata, a steeped drink that Francis Schott cooks up with rice, almonds and sugar, makes the cocktail creamy.  Slideshow: More Cocktails for the Rocks Glass
