Ingredients: 1 cup butter pecan ice cream; 1 ounce bourbon; 1/2 ounce chocolate syrup; 1 1/2 teaspoons milk; Pinch of malt powder (optional); 3 candied pecans (optional)

Yield:

1 drink

Ingredients

1 cup butter pecan ice cream
1 ounce bourbon
1/2 ounce chocolate syrup
1 1/2 teaspoons milk
Pinch of malt powder (optional)
3 candied pecans (optional)

Directions

In a blender, combine all of the ingredients except the candied pecans and blend well. Pour into a chilled highball glass and garnish with the pecans, if using.
